Look for scars
Check for peripheral cyanosis
Assess for pallor

Palpation

Assess temperature of limbs

Pulses

Palpate femoral pulse

Assess for radio-femoral delay, auscultate for bruit

Palpate popliteal pulse

Auscultate for bruit

Palpate posterior tibial pulse
Palpate dorsalis pedis pulse

Sensation

Assess light touch sensation
Perform Buerger's test

Assess for peripheral artery disease

Conclusion

Summarize findings
Suggest further tests if needed
